We want you to love your Goose Shoes. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right with our hassle-free return policy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. All returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear on the soles
  • Items must be free from odors, stains, or damage
  • Original receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Gift cards and promotional items

Free Return Shipping

Orders over $200 qualify for free return shipping. For orders under $200, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return Your Items

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive your prepaid return label via email
  • Package items securely in original packaging
  • Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned items, we'll inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return window. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are eligible for return within the same 30-day window, but are subject to the sale price for refund calculations.
